I saw this on a bulletin board at a coffee shop. This idiot wants you to give him your money... and lots of it. I wouldn't give this guy my spare change. Never trust anyone who uses the phrase "I shoulda" when trying to sell you a home... or anyone in a hippie wig. That's just good advice.
