NOT QUITE ANTIQUE ROADSHOW...

So it was my friend Lucas's birthday a few nights ago, and I just wasn't sure what to get him... until I saw this. I call this priceless porcelain gem a Colonial Prayer Bell, but the guy at the 99 cent store just called it a "ringer."
